Title basically says it. If only we could trust the community not to abuse it. It would be so nice to have a button for that player who straight up tells you they are going to troll. Something that kicks them out of the lobby and gives them a LARGE time penalty. Have to get all 4 other members to click it, but just something that forces them out for so long that they can't just ruin games then keep doing so with little to no side effects.

And to boot, that player is one of the root causes of toxicity in league that goes unpunished because RIOT leadership is sans nuts.
