I've said it before, I'll say it again: Black Cleaver needs to be deleted

I don't think there's an item that has had this many problems historically. It has been changed, changed back and changed again. It has had so many abuse cases on a variety of different classes except for the class it was intended for: bruisers. 30% armor shred is a legacy of the past when the item was originally intended for ad casters and they didn't have access to a lot of itemization so they'd typically build BC//LW and stack AD items. Times have changed and there's just no place in the game for an item like this anymore.

Bruisers could use an anti-kite/CDR item as opposed to an armor shred item. Many bruisers already have innate methods to deal with tanks, it's not like they ever truly needed the armor shred in the first place. At this point, as long as you replace it with an anti-kite/CDR/hp item, bruisers wouldn't even miss it.
