Patch after patch after patch and he's still broken as fuck. How has he NOT been nerfed yet? Better yet, how is he avoiding the nerf bat AGAIN this next patch? One of 3 things need to go

Nerfed 3 and a half patches in a row, says he hasn't been nerfed.
He has tho, his dmg got nerfed and his Q got a hotfix nerf this patch to the aa range. O feel like he is pretty much fine now with Nunu Elise Lee WW even Jax Rek Sai and so on around.
I think a fair nerf to him would be that he He cannot move the E target around while charging. He has to decide the location and then hold it down. If he wants to change the location he has to cancel the ability and recharge it. (cancelling to change the location would reset the cooldown to 1 second.)
