Revert TP Nerfs?

Honestly people have been complaining about bot lane becoming more and more powerful since season 6, till it went full blown out of control as it is now in season 8. But I want to point to one specific thing that happened in season 6.

Teleport nerfs.

I also want to state that season 6 was the exact season where Top lane became more and more hell to play every year, till it became full blown out of control in season 8.

I feel strongly that if we were to revert teleport nerfs, at the very least, lessen them. The following would happen.

-Top laners would have more impact in the game thus, making top laners happy

-Top laners can effectively gank bot again, thus allowing them some control over feeding teamates

-Bot lane as a role itself will be effectively nerfd for they will have to fear the TP nerfs
