Just tried out the new Olaf buff with Righteous Glory
Ran down an Ashe basically 1800 range and still reached her in time to slow her with the Righteous Active
Olaf might actually be playable now

hes one of the champ that should never be viable caus hes toxic af
Because
aren't high win rate hyperscaling lane bullies that can never die without making a mistake right? Because hyperscaling lane bullies aren't toxic af right?

I fail to see how hes any more toxic than these champs
Every champ can be viable. He should just never be dominant. Olaf dominant is historically bad
He was really never that weak. People are just sheep. The dude shits on most top laners, has fast clear times in the jungle, and even makes a great damage/peel support (keeps those tanks off the ADC with the true damage slaps)

Yeah but he brought literally nothing to a team before the buff
Its not just sheep, he had a 40% winrate

Perma slow, large amount of true damage, straight never dies, does damage regardless of build. The dude is perfect for this meta, but no one plays him because "lol olaf so bad they nerfed him forever ago and he's so unplayable".
Remember friend, that was an Ashe. Kalista/Lucian/Corki/Graves still exist.

So? I'll use RG+R a little closer to them next time. lmao
He's always been playable...where have you been?...
