Regarding Loading Screen Borders..

Chalze··1 votes·1,306 views

I'm coming quite close to getting those loading screen border things in the Trials 2019 Shop and since I've never had borders before I have a few questions: will they appear no matter what champ/skin I use? Would I be able to control when they show? Or is it a permanent thing?
