I don't know why you don't do such changes more often with every champion in game to buff them without touching their damage and just add good mechanics to fix them.

Nasus relies solely on stacks, any other buff woulda been arbitrary, unless you guys want an MR/Armor scaling buff which we know the community would just bitch about

Main part is his stacking, also he’s so terribly weak early on, he needs survivability, plus you can DESTROY him by playing Darius with Thornmail and/or Mortal Reminder + Black Cleaver, Nasus relies immensely on healing, and 2 of those items hinder his healing and two of the items penetrate armor black cleaver using the bleed to stack up armor reduction faster
