Riot, Rageblade is NOT working as intended.
Rageblade is so broken even champs like graves are building it. Champs that have no business building a hybrid OR even an attack speed for the matter item are spamming ragblade, because no matter who builds it it is broken. Tryndamere, Tristana, WW, VOLIBEAR, and all sorts of other champs that use only half the item or less and are still broken with it. You can't tell me that these champions were intended to be buffed by this item. If half of an item is the best item on a champion, that item is definitely broken. There are also a lot of games I find myself losing because the other team has more rageblades and therefore are winning long duels. That's just stupid. It's like the feral flare x2, and every champ in any role can build it. Riot, decide what you want it to do.
- It can be a hybrid item like it used to be for champs like Jax and Kayle.
- It can be a good attack speed scaling item for champs like Kog, but then it needs to lose a lot of its damage and probably its AoE damage.
- It can get a substantial nerf to all of its attributes.
In the 3 years I've been playing this game I can't remember any item even coming close to being this OP without some sort of rebellion in the community, like what happened with feral flare. 1 item changing an entire game and making any champ you build it on twice as good is not ok.
