Opinion: Adcs are more unbalanced now but it isn't a inevitably bad thing:

What I mean is that yes, the gab between meta adcs and non meta adcs has grown with the last patch (example: Jinx was Tier 1 on SoloQ and now she has gone to an awful state, similar for Xayah while Kai'Sa and Ezreal are still top) and adcs are more unabalanced towars each others right now.

But hey, if they adress the top tier adcs (that seem to be Ezreal/Kai'Sa/MF/Draven) and maybe give a bit of love to the bottom ones that are not in need of some update (tagging /u Kalista) this will be a good change overall.

Botlane this patch is a mess, but is part of a inevitably process considering that they changed almost every adc item. Now RIto has to do the second part if they want the adc items update to be a success.
