zoe doesn't run out of mana, she has more range and more damage than any other champ on a very low CD while also having a heavy CC that increases her already Highest Base Damage In The Game.

thats both ANNOYING AND OVERPOWERED. sometimes things are more than one thing.

ill just leave this here instead. you cant tell me, that if a gets trapped in a veigar stun you wont die. thats what burst champions do, they kill you in as little time as possible. this is how assassins got FUCKED over by you guys. so many squishy ADCs complaining about burst damage because "but i dont wanna build defenses or HP late game! i want to be at 1.8k HP and glass canon as much as possible!"

she has a 6% play rate with a 50% winrate plat+. globally her winrate is 48%. stop making shit up. only thing high on her is her ban rate, and u guys are banning a 48%-50% winrate champion. COMPLETELY different from when vaynes play rate was 16% and her winrate 55% and ban rate 10%.

this means people are not banning a "OP" champ, they are banning an annoying champ.

Overwpowered means you can't deal with it.

Annoying means you don't want to.

And people don't want to deal with Zoe. It's entirely possible to. Build Banshee's. Build Crucible. Build QSS. Have a tank on your team. Have someone that isn't asleep body block the star. Play champs that get into her space early on because she hates people that dive her.

People don't want to, though.
