Ivern is literally the worst. I've been saying he needs buffs, and getting ignored, for months.

Riot pays hackers to vet the system, but can't figure out how to deal with bots, lololololololol.

I cannot believe the playtesting team exists if they think that buffing baron/elder dragon is good.

Rework or buff Ivern.
