Can we nerf lucian already...

While I love it that Lucian is the meta right now " not " But I can agree , the latest buff he got was not needed and the skin sold enough , they should revert it now

this happens every time riot buffs him. boards still ask for him to be buffed. they never learn.

what really buggers me about lucian isn't his damage output. Don't get me wrong, he has a great consistent dps as long as he has mana but no where near the dps late game hypercarries can pull off. What bothers me the most about him is his build path and how it turns him into pretty much a ranged dps-bruiser that can't be effectively focused down as well as his absurd mobility once he has that black cleaver rocking and some ranks to his E. Like seriously, don't nerf his damage but add a scaling to his E cooldown on-hit reduction on champions. Why does it have from rank 1 a 2 seconds cd reduction everytime he procs his passive on a champion? Especially during the mid game where he shines he is pretty much an ad ahri (missing the charm).

What's so bad about 55% winrate and 40% pickrate. Just imagine ANY toplane champion with these stats he would never see the light of day again.
