And Red side are getting their knees capped for it. Gangplank and Morde are basically 100% must ban by this stage, so as far as strategic/focus banning for Red side, they are typically getting only 1 ban. So were 2 patches not enough or were meta-breaking changes perhaps a bad idea?

Gp is banned cause of his barrels essentially. Morde brings a bunch of power via his W and ult passive with dragon.
