Is the client/game lagging bad for anybody else?

League is literally the only thing i'm having internet issues with. The game randomly spikes my ping up or freezes and the client is being super slow and laggy.

I can't be the only one when everything else is fine, right?

This is happening to me too , i turned my public firewall off and i had good ping for 10 games afterwards. However randomly out of nowhere i shoot back up to 400 ping . This has been happening for 2 weeks now and its soo annoying. Nothing else every lags this randomly started out of nowhere.
