My smurf is finally level 20!...should I keep playing bots?
40% of the way there. Does anyone know the experience formula for a pvp loss? I'm not sure if I'd be better off winning and losing in normals or spamming bots.

Here are the formulas: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752824-Reward-IP-XP-System-Breakdown relevant: "Level 20-29: Beginner bots grant 70%, Intermediate bots grant 90% XP/IP." also possibly relevant: (for normals) "On average, a 37 minute win will earn approximately 100 IP, and a 37 minute loss will earn approximately 68 IP." You could probably do some experiments to attempt to confirm XP is the same ratio (if it is), i can't find any hard data on this.
