Is because of snowballing and lane balance and auto attacks. It aint got shit to do with towers and teamfights and objectives. Its because auto attacks are free and laning is about 15 min long.
Edit: I suppose I should also mention that its harder to protect your tower against the adc while you are just in the laning phase. That does come into play.

Woook3r1 votesNo. It puts other champions on more of an even footing at solo taking a tower. Combine that with increased death timers, and actually towers fall pretty easily everywhere. Even when no adc. Especially top lane. I dont think you considered all the issues.
