Manamune's basically not used by anyone besides Ezreal anymore.

Jayce hasn't used it since, like, early to mid season 6 or so.
Varus rarely if ever uses it anymore.
Yorick and Urgot both no longer use it after their VGUs.

Hell, Pantheon would probably use it if he wasn't so reliant on spiking hard early before he falls off. His kit's perfectly designed for both stacking Tear and using Muramana's passive.

Or maybe we need manamune to not be such a bad item in general? It sets you behind early with tear, you need spamable singletarget damage to use the passive when most casters(those that want mana, y' know?) have aoe and some CDs, and the stats it gives are fine for the goldcost but not very great later on, so it only gives real power spike midgame with bad early and meh late... And on top of it it doesn't even solve mana issues that great as the passive drains it like mad and also gets weaker the more you fight, which for me is the opposite of what you want from investing into mana, you want mana so you can stay effective in long fights...

Manamune can't be buffed as long as Ezreal is using it though so...
