Dark harvest makes comeback almost impossible

IF your team mates are feeding ppl with dark harvest early on you might aswell ff.

So yeah riot, this is totally what we needed, another overpowered, noobstomp rune that doubles the problem with burst damage on squishies AND makes snowballing even worse.

Please, dont take months and months to fix this, just straight up disable the rune in a hotfix and remove it from the game until you can rework it into something else that doesnt make the game worse to play.
