Before minions spawn 2 chimes were spawned, one of which was actually right next to the enemies outer turret inside turret range. What the actual fuck Riot?

Maximum Zilean1 votesIt could use a bit of revamping on placement early game. It was a good first step making no chimes spawn in the enemy jungle for the first 5-6 minutes.
