Can we do something about Morde?

This champ is supposed to be a juggernaut, but he doesn't feel like one. Building him AP means you lack attack speed and movement speed since you have to build him tanky. This means your Q is slow asf and you almost never get the third Q off. You are more likely to die from CC and ranged AA. Even if you land the 3rd AA, you don't have enough damage because you're too busy building tank and not enough AP. At that point you again die from CC and ranged AA.

If you look at Jax, for example, he is rewarded defensively for building offense. And that works. He has a tool that allows him to survive while being mobile. Morde has none because his shield is dependent on doing damage. But that the thing, how am I suppose to do damage if I'm busy being locked down by CC and ranged AA? Then my shield becomes ineffective because it never went up or I don't do enough damage to generate an effective shield.

We need to do something about Morde...
