Why isn't Lethal Tempo allowed in URF again??

Ok sure but why··3 votes·1,283 views

Mages can spam all the abilities they want, but ADCs are forced to keep their attack speeds capped for the sake of balance?

Why are ADC's forced to be hindered and no one else?

This is currently on the PBE, before you uninformed swine downvote this.

Can't take Ultimate Hat either, or any runes that reduce active item CDR. But Transcendence works sorta.

Lethal tempo isn't because it would allow champions to get well over 5 attacks per second because it doesn't raise the cap, it removes it. imagine a kogmaw with lethal tempo who has 4 attack speed items on urf. He only needs one to hit the cap. That or Varus or Jax or vayne for that matter (granted I don't think vayne is playable this time, but the concept applies).

I know, right! I couldn't possibly imagine what it would be like if people could attack really fast in URF!

Could you imagine what it would be like if Annie could stun people twice in one burst and always have her bear available to instakill any ADC?

It'd be a shame if Nidalee could chuck many long-range high-damage spears from a safe distance in order to harass the enemy team!

Oh, it sure would be terrible if Gragas, Maokai, Sejuani or Malphite were able to cc-lock people down for long periods of time and render them unable to attack!!

Ohhhh, wait. They do. Because they're allowed to use their attacks in super quick succession, while ADC's are not!

Playing an ADC that isn't something like Twitch or Draven is basically you asking to feed in URF because of this.
