I want them to understand that some things should be considered, you know, like PBE. And understand that some champs should be nerfed , instead of taking months for them to "analyze data" just to give them a love tap

Exactly.

After the community shot themselves in the foot like that, I can't help but to be ultra critical to any PBE criticism.

How dare they check trivial things like facts, and numbers.

For real though, I think the notion that Riot doesn't actively try to balance the game to their ability is silly and has no real ground to stand on.

Riot makes mistakes, we've all seen that woth things like Skarner and what, but that's not exactly surprising.
