Aphelios's sniper passive NEEDS to be gutted

It's too strong, i don't care that it's not always up. it is WAY to powerful for a passive. The mark can stay, the trigger of your off hand gun can stay, the infinite range NEEDS to go away. A passive ability should not outshine a champion ( ) ultimate. You want to keep SOME bonus range, fine, but you CAN NOT have a passive that allow for 1000+ range + bonus effects.

Its a new champ, what do you expect? They gotta make it op or else it will flop. Next patch it will be nerfed, hopefully.

I don't even understand what the mark does, all it says is it marks a champion but doesn't explain what the mark does, damage i assume but no idea what type.
