Do these things drop anymore? I'm not trying to be snarky, but I feel like I used to get them every once in a awhile and now it's never. I really just want that ward skin.

Sukishoo1 votesThey are rare for a reason ;) They have like a 0.2% drop rate so it's very tiny. I've seen them every now and then (more so when you get one of the event type capsules cause they have a higher drop rate in those)
