Either make adcs not a joke or nerf karthus

Your choice riot, karthus is basically a better version of every adc in the game right now that isnt lucian and his 55% win rate with an 2% and rising pick rate is showing, champions like twitch have a 44%! wr against karthus bot.

Better early than most adcs, scales hard, spikes at 1 item and keeps spiking with each item, can use the mage itemization which is 20 times better than adc/crit itemization which also offers survivability, god team fighter in the late game (just as good as jinx/twitch/etc, without all of their other weaknesses).

So yeah something has got to give, either make it so adcs can compete with karthus (make them viable basically) or nerf him.
