I will say it again and again, that balance team can't learn any thing from their mistake (Fizz W)
Legit from week or 2 weeks i said that balance team got problems and they can't make their own damn mind about anything. What is worst they never learn anything by all means from every damn rework or damn champion release, they never give time that people learn or work around new kits.
W got reworked so he doesn't destroy squishy at once yet cause 2 weeks passed and there no sudden jump in winrate cause people "Still learning " him we going to jump his AP numbers on his W and R for no damn reason so right now Mr act as tanker destroy over time and assassin in same time that able to 1 shot squishy again.
And here we go in the same stupid cycle of 
etc cause that balance team can't understand or learn anything from their old mistakes at all.
Just give the damn people some damn time to learn stuff or work around it, no one magically will play the champion to it max power in 1 week. But right you all didn't learn the ABC of game designing or game developing, you never learn from mistake or use a damn iterative ,mindset.
