Is there any way to still get free BE or XP boosts?
particularly XP.. either by liking a page somewhere or doing something else online?

missions only, and even then they are very specific. I do know that we had (and still have I think) a mission to "watch" x amount of matches for the pro stuff going on right now
outside of that, I don't think so
