Skins in Champ Select
We’re adding the functionality to buy skins in champion select again, starting in patch 7.13!
Can you also make it so we can PICK our skin before we lock in?
and make it show summoner's of teammates before they lock in... I am tried of our last pick jungle forgetting smite and no one can tell him in time before the game starts because he making a mastery page...
