Tier 2 ferocity feels very uninclusive of sustained damage champions.

For the record, it's Fresh Blood, Expose Weakness, and Feast.

Fresh Blood is simply a mastery that is being abused by ranged champions and practically useless on everyone else. The upfront damage is enough to also warrant it on assassins but it's absolute crap on everyone else. Feast is good for champions with low sustain but quite useless on champions who don't need it. Not much to say about that. Expose weakness is for supportive champions who would rather increase their ally's damage than their own.

None of these masteries are bad, but when put together as the only options, fighters and juggernauts who don't need sustain really don't want any of these. For example, Dr Mundo hates all of these options, but he certainly doesn't want to go down the cunning tree. He already suffers from not being able to use the colossus keystone, so it just feels awful having such poor synergy with so many masteries. Most other juggernauts and fighters have the same problem, so I feel like the tier 2 masteries need to be rebalanced so there's at least one appealing option for duelists.

If only assinate and expose weakness were swapped.

No support wants to ignore cunning/resolve tree for the ferocity. And assassinate is a pure offense vs weakness' offense+utility.

Pretty dumb it's not addressed yet.
