You should never be able to actually taunt the enemy unless they're afk
If you use your taunt to engage then you have nothing to help your adc with. Braum would Jump-Q but if he needs to he can put up his shield for his adc you know?
Nami can use the bubble to catch someone but she has her W heal and E. Her passive applies to both.
Shen would be a ok support in low elo, but if someone dared tried taking him higher i will first blood him guarenteed

It can protect your Adc very well, but the problem lies in the fact that Shen also protects its allies of its Ultem and also dominate. Everyone is needed in every game of Apc, Jungle and all who form a team to win.
