Give to TF/Nocturne the Leblanc treatment

PLEASE RIOT, separate their ulti in 2 and give them a separated cooldown on their ulti.

right now twisted fate can reveal champions (and stealthed) and nocturne can blind you for 4 seconds, but none use it strategically, everyone just press R to teleport/dash.

If you make it like leblanc, and give nocturne darkness and TF destiny 50 seconds cooldown, and Gate/darkness dash a separated X/X/X sec cooldown it will make noc/tf niche infinitly better.

I like it, sounds cool, Imagine using darkness to deny vision without the dive of Nocturne.
