R: Karthus channels for 3.5 seconds to deal magic damage to all champions regardless of position. His ult deals puny damage to targets above 70% max health, okay damage to targets with 40-69% max health remaining, and deals metric shit tons of damage to targets at 39% max health or lower. Also the mana cost is the same but it drains the mana over 3.5 seconds to match lives mana cost.
