Well, Brutalizer builds into one item now..

With the new Warrior enchant changes (machete ---> 2nd tier jungle item, pickaxe and long sword) Brutalizer upgrades into and that's it. Only a handful of champions make use of this item.

Remember when DFG was removed? APs by the next patch had a new 120 ap item (. Where is the same treatment for fighters? Where is the new Brutalizer item? Where is the consistency? Why does the entire fighter class have to be thrown on the back burner, while APs, ADCs and Tanks have new changes/reworks every season?
