can i get legit answer about rapidfire item on rengar?

his auto attack is 125 ,he can leap at 600 or 700 range ,counts as auto attack ,LEAPS like an adc would attack from range

is it normal that it doesnt increase neither range from 125 ,neither range of leap ?since AA

not even by 50 ,but 150.

His passive leap is not an AA in any form so no rapid fire does not increase his range. Some people still build it on him not knowing this or others build it simply for the added burst damage.
