What was the reasoning behind making lb slower?
I mean I know to give more of a reaction time, but that sounds pretty hypocritical considering a lot of things don't have a reaction time, or a very, very small window. (

) you see, the list is quite long and it befuddles me that khazix can leap ,e,q and kill you and leap away in 0.49 seconds but yet lb was turned into a mage because reaction time too small
