Now this isn't a thread regarding his damage, but regarding hew new E.

Who on earth thought it would be an absolutely amazing idea to jump over terrains? Remember how people complained about how annoying Yasuo dashes are or Katarina jumping all over the place was? Now this guy gets to go in assassinate someone then get out with ease because of a free escape tool that has a two second cool down. Mobility creep is honestly so bad right now and the way it's going you might as well remove terrains from league almost every single champion now has some kind of blink in their kit that allows them to hop over walls.

But the difference there is that, even at lowest cooldown, he still has to wait a minute to leap over the same wall, with over 2 minutes at rank 1. He can leap over the walls, sure, but if you don't plan carefully, you'll leave yourself with no ins or outs.

That's the best part of his kit. He is all about escape. That's what he revolves around. The idea is to counter the escape. If you fight in in the jg you will either lose or he will run and you are just a sitting duck in the jg with low health. He's a champ you fight in the open and need cc to lock him down. No cc? Well GG then.
