Oh wait, OP said it. Never mind. Did you even read the latest patch notes? "Now let's not talk about win rates again (seriously though, win rates are a correlation of game health, not a cause)." Just because a champ isn't winning every game doesn't mean they aren't a massive problem (pre-nerf LB had meh winrates, but was still toxic because of the combination of her silence and her deadly combo).
