Yes ,this one . It only makes it bad against DPS abilities, not burst.
wolfax1 votesShields are always going to be amazing against burst. That's their major focus usually. Most don't last all that long, and if they do they are usually smaller. How would you make it 'fair' to burst without making it even worse to sustained damage?

ask for junglers help, once u get her low enough, either take over the lane and never let her cs or kill her. your choice.
