Diana's passive is bugged with devourer. Sometimes it work show it should (every other auto procing her passive) and sometimes it literally takes 3 autos. Also I think theres a bug where when using a potion with her and devouerer reduces her attack speed.

Its pretty meh she benefited more from the flat 30+ ap she got from the old ap item, even though the mana regen (or 8% give back) is nice and all, all she needed was to get blue to sustain the jungle for a good full 2-3 clear. Lich is still better on her, and if you think runglaive is better in lane on her, lets just say she loses a lot of kill pressure at 6 without ignite. :P but other than that its whatever :D
