No you're incorrect. olaf ult is a self buff where the other ults interact with enemy champions via targeted or skill shot. Olaf is the only self targeted ult.

I want to say shyvana because all it really does is suceed in pushing them away from your team at the cost of your life. has no real engage potential if you max range it since your team can't follow up on time unless they got a sivir.

Shyvana's ultimate can be stopped by CC because of the massive amount of buffs it givers her. Mid/late game Shyvana is a monster. Her ult at level 16 gives her 40 bonus armor and magic resist, as well as AoE on her abilities. With BoRK, Randuins, and her W speedup, she becames an unstoppable dragon who can tear apart the enemy carry before she can be stopped, fulfilling her role as a sacrificial missile.

Olaf's is by far the most out of place. The rest are dashes. His is not.

But you can only ever damage 1 person with J4s ult -- I can't see anything else that would differentiate any of these ults from the others, if it is not Olaf.
