As much as I hate the damage meta, but gotta give credits to where it's due:

This happens mostly because Draven's damage has always been bullshit.

People just keep pretending Draven's fine for years because of the "Draaaaaaaaaaven" meme squad mobbing if you dare to say Draven has any issues.
