Bring back Vision Ward and Oracle Lens True Sight

I often find as a mid laner, I'm expected to ward dragon, rift harold, top bush, bottom bush, river bush on both sides, and the enemy's entrance to the jungle. If I don't, I get flamed for not warding enough. Can only carry 1 control ward at a time, oracle lense at most has only 2 charges, but the ward usually runs out before another charge is available. I wouldn't mind having another option. Maybe even just the ability to buy an oracle charge would be helpful.
