Akali deserves compensation for her nerfs

I can understand making her visible in shroud when under enemy turret, but taking out her q heal. That’s legit the only way she can sustain champions like Yasuo or Kassadin. She deserves compensation if you’re gonna fucked her completely over. Give her Ult instant reset instead of making her wait 2 seconds for it to go off. Not very assassin-like if you ask me if executive Damage requires a wait time. The point OF an assassin is to be able to burst and get out!

Or make her passive range easier to proc by reducing the radius. This would make it so she doesn’t have to go so far from the enemy before being able to proc passive dmg.

Maybe give her a full shroud instead of a ring, like her old shroud, and allow it to give her the old blink forward she originally had.

Like Jesus, at this point it’s not even a nerf, it’s destroying her play completely.

Why are there so many posts from PBE?

Akali Q sustain literally made it impossible to duel her in the early game. I can see where they are going with this.

She could literally kill tanks 1v2 (her against two opponents)

Akali could 100-0 anyone regardless of farm, score, just by finishing gunblade (Massively underpowered item). Stacked with Ravenous hunter of course and boneplating made her even more hard to fight.

Well Yasuo is fucking ridiculous to begin with. The moment you want to retain an ability to take down Yasuo reliably, you know the ability is overtuned.

Impossible to duel her early game? LOL her early level healing on q was like 30 hp and she had to wait till like max energy which took a long time with its high cost. Until she gets gunblade it's almost nothing.

I'd love that, new akali is meh. pre rework akali was nicer and better and after they nerfed her e proc by q, she became no longer a problem

Reminder that she's being adjusted, meaning she will likely get buffs in return for losing the heal. Look at the Irelia work, and you will see what I mean.

I hope they revert all the nerfs they had placed on her during season 8 and pre-season 9 at the same time they remove the true stealth from her shroud and the healing it provides. That would still make for a pretty safe character while not gutting her into oblivion.

I support taking away the healing completely, but I would personally be very pissed if they gave her the Sejuani treatment and gut it while keeping her other recent nerfs.

Nor early, nor late game. Akali still has ways to win trades and she will still have sustain from second wind and dorans shield. also her heal in the early game wasn't that large anyway. and the heal in late game is due to gunblade anyway.

So, sorry, this nerf (healing) won't destroy akali. it will make her slightly more difficult to play. I personally dislike the part of disabling shroud under tower more. all assassins can tower dive easily. be it zed, talon, fizz, kha, Diana, Kata or kassadin. they can all tower dive and take minimal damage. akali tho, once this nerf goes through, she will not be able to do that.

If this nerf goes by I demand zed to have a 2 seconds delay on activation of his R escape, likewise for leblack. For kha to never get full e resets, likewise for Katarina.

that is a lie. without that sustain shes as good as dead. it'll be rather too easy to simply beat her. the sustain is actually impfactful. and alongside her shroud why she works. infact it was the same in the past with previous versions of akali. she'd try to outsustain her enemies and then burst them down.

20~~30, and she can only use it once every 6~~8 seconds if i recall correctly. The Q healing alone is negligable, but its important to her kit because it lets her sustain over long periods if shes behind.

Without the heal shes just going to get poked down and abused by everyone with more range than her.

Which is why the healing from her q won't destroy her, she still has every other method of sustain available to other characters, namely potions, dorans and second wind. overall across the early landing phase akali will heal around 600 or less HP from q. quite negligible over 10-15 mins.

No, 6-8 seconds is with her "high energy" requirement in mind. But ill admit 8-10 sounds reasonable.

600 healing in the lane phase is a huge amount, though. Potions only heal 150 over 15 seconds. When you consider that her Q healing is what lets her sustain through harass, and that Akali is a squishy melee, it becomes hugely apparent that her Q healing is a core aspect of her kit that allows her to contend with her peers.

You ever try to lane against zed as a squishy with no healing? Or a talon? How about a vlad? Poppy? Sion? The lane is really, really awful. Its even more awful for Akali because unlike AD champions she cant just buy a vamp scepter and be K. She needs AP, and theres only a single source of spellvamp in itemization.

So, you argue that Kat can easily towerddive you? While her e has around 2 sec cd in lane, but that's only if she resets with q or w. It's full reset on kill, and that's why she can tower dive easily

I didn't say she easily tower dives you. If you just stand there sure she can. But just dash away, zhonya, stun her, or burst her. She isn't squishy, can't jump out without the kill reset very well, is very bad at dealing with cc,

Akali needs her main damage source - her passive - reworked. In exchange for taking away her ability to weave and play safe, she needs to have her passive turned into an unconditional MS on champion hit and abilities mark enemy champions. Giving her reliability in her damage output will let her succeed in the hands of skilled players without making her garbage.
