Playing Support Lulu
Knowing which person to ult/ shield
W them, and hold Q ready to slow them once W wears off, to keep them peeled off your ally. E your Ally to shield them, the damage on enemies won't help as much as defending with the shield.
Support Lulu likes to be as annoying as possible with Q. Remember that you can use E on a backline minion to open up new lines-of-fire for Q.
Mostly you want to ult melee units, because they are more likely to have enemies close by them to be knocked-up by R. Or you can ult ranged allies if they get dived on. One super great thing to do is to ult an ally who is being tower-dived and follow that up with a W on the diver; suddenly the enemy diver is drawing turret fire AND being chained with hard CC. It's great. :D
As an extra thought, I like building
to add extra on-hit damage and some Attack Speed to the Help, Pix! shield.
Not much else to do as a support anyways ( Just harass the fk outta the enemy adc and either always back when your adc backs or stay at turret )
And uhh idk bout 1 but yeah just let your adc do all the work and keep em alive
In the event of a dive on your adc lulu is (imo) the best support to play. You polymorph the (xin irelia etc) shield your adc (not only does it give them a shield but boosts their damage with pix.) If they are still in danger ult them. (Knock up and bonus health do wonders to discourage the death of your adc)
Im not a lulu main, but i have played her a decent amount. Lulus strengths are preventing assassinations, helping other champs initiate, and harassing short ranged and melee champs. Her weakness is lack of sustain and overall squishyness. Since lulu essentially has 8 abilities, because even her ult is practically different when you cast it on a tank compared to when you cast it on an adc. Using the right version of each ability is key to playing lulu correctly. Other important skills is aiming your q off shielded allies/ enemies, and learning how to keep away from enemies in lane. Some tips: chain your w and your q when in a solo lane unless you think you can kill an enemy. Qing an enemy when they are polymorphed wastes your slow and and you can simply aa a polymorfed enemy to do damage with your passive. when playing support and your adc gets engaged, use your polymorph on one enemy adn your slow on the other, rather than dumping both on a single target. which one you do this one depends on the situation. while i usually get frostfang and build q first, going coin and building e first helps in bad matchups like morgana. make sure to lace your autos in on targets since your autos do a significant amount of damage.
