his winrate is actually sub 50% late game and higher early mid game because of
lethality is whats built on him
melees actually cannot do anything to him in lane and he does not run out of mana because of kleptomancy and manaflow

Seraphim1171 votesIdk he gets steamrolled by the tight champs early and just makes bank money off of others (might as well dc vs pantheon and ez 2k free gold vs maokai) if you ask me he should get his gold passive buffed to where it use to be followed by a nerf to early game barrels/ q damage so he can go back to ticking time bomb. Also his ult needs rebalancing cause it’s useless. On idea is to go back old 2/3/4/5 barrel gangplank. That would fix this. But most people are hella against that
