There was an influx of Sona threads made on these forums a month or so ago. People asking for a bit of a rework/tweak. I hope Riot still has the Maven of the Strings on their mind. All talk of her kind of just stopped and I hope Riot just forgot about it.

They would just end up buffing morgana and thresh lol.
Karma imo is the support in the most need of an overhaul. Nami needs a few numbers buffed(her random movement speed nerf reverted for example), zyra needs bug fixes (e not traveling far and r not knocking people up) but karma is completely outclassed by other supports as she is a jack of all trades. Sure she can peel poke and engage but not as good as janna, lulu or leona. Granted her early levels are really atrong.
Sona falls into the same problem imo, sure she can poke but it was always her sustain and flash ult that made her good. New soraka is just far better sustain and annies flash w or tibbers is better than sonas
Ńord2 votesImo sonna doesn't need additional damage on her poke. What she needs is additional utility. The purple and green power chords are so weak that they're not even worth using and the speed boost is abysmal at low ranks. Her heal and shield are okay.
