Considering that so many manaless champions have been introduced during the last year and that most off them (basically any but Zac) are picked extremely often the mana regen nerfs feel.... counterintuitive...
But well, maybe I'm just frustrated because I can invest 5000g in mana reg items and still run out of it within a single 15s teamfight.

Fadedpf1 votesRiot acts like using mana to CS and harass is broken. Thats just how the game works, cs with an ability, poke with an ability, repeat. Then when the time comes and you must fight. IM OOM I CANT ULT. Mana regen is a joke, they need to add an item the quickly pumps 200-300 mana to you. Or just buff mana regen.
Kowe The Ewok1 votesWell, one does not even have to use mana for CS'ing to get oom. Try playing a champ like Orianna, facing a Zed a once he has vampiric scepter, or an Akali who makes decent use of her passive.
