Even pros are playing Varus mid, and NO ONE plays him adc anymore (and when I see it, it loses hard).
Also I haven't seen a Twitch as an adc for almost all of 2016 (not counting pro play here to be fair), and when I do, it is in the jungle.

Corki and Kog are more niche picks, they could use some work for sure though.
I see a lot of Jhins and Jinx, tbh and more Ezreal and Vayne than anyone wants, but there is a lot more diversity than before so it is a step up. Now we just need Top lane to be better.

will ever be the best in Bottom Lane by design. They all are either balanced around being long range (which is favored them into Middle Lane), deal too much magic damage % overall (which favors them toward Middle Lane), or are too close range (which favors them toward Top or Jungle).
These guys could use some tweaks currently. Kalista is super overloaded and balanced around that fact, Tristana doesn't have a strong enough niche, Sivir needs to be stronger or balanced better around utility rather than damage, and Draven has a ton more competitors currently as "Lane Bully ADC" due to recent changes (although I have high hopes for Draven with the upcoming Furvor changes).

Anonagon1 votesADC doesn't feel that way to me. While certainly a lot of picks are comparatively good in actual power level, diversity is mainly about how often you see champions, rather than how powerful they are. And when it comes to pick rates, ADCs clearly devolve into tiers -
as exceptionally overpicked champions with ~30% pickrates (the only other champion in the game who is at that level is , who could easily be argued to be crowding out the jungle right now)
as all the other ADCs you're likely to see in a game, each with ~20% pickrate
then there's everyone else, with 10% or less pickrates
That doesn't feel very diverse to me, especially since Caitlyn and Ezreal are picked for the same reason, safety, while the other four all share incredible snowballiness as a reason to pick them.

I would say replace with and I would fully agree. I'm not sure why you put her in the "under-powered picks" section.

Kog'Maw's kit and style gives him room to play in a wider variety of lanes (I can in addition to ADC Bot, go AP Mid and AS Jungle) than most other marksman.
