As far as im aware its last change was 7.2. Sure you could argue that Redemption just hid its strength, but i would counterargue that if that was the case are you telling me no (non-support) player thought it was good at all for 13 patches when it is now SO OP but no one noticed... for 13 PATCHES?

back then ADC's were also still used in mid, it took some time before AP took over mid if I remember correctly.
it's possible you're right as my memory isn't that great however that would still mean that since season 2 ADC's have been mandatory all this time, that's a long time
