oh yeah its because there are at least 20 champions that should be considered 100% pick/ban worthy and we're still limited to SIX

Half those champs you listed aren't even ban worthy.
That said, i think it would be best to wait after the Rylais changes to do anythign to Syndra all things considered.

Actually they are. Any jungler that can clear red buff and then krugs atm can get a level 3 spike and Lee'sin and Heca'rim both it them as hard carry solo type champions since the former may require keyboard face'rolling skill but his power to gank a lane that only just hit level 2 while he's already level 3 is pretty scum worthy. Hecarim is the standard 4 tank items, 1 high speed boots and tri'force everything to death.
The only ones i would even count as not being 'super OP' atm are:
: He's a strong combo mage and just like any strong mage/ADC atm, they can thrive on this Assassin update because a number of Assassins got chunked hard making them able to stand out stronger as long as the Assassin didnt get ez yolo extreme fed.
: Gimmickie as heck but since he can skip taking 'standard' damage from fighting jungle mobs he can quickly level up quite fast even if he gets a little less exp from camps, he can easily regain his health/mana costs by taking red and blue buff within the first 5 minutes. Not to mention his support power can easily start a snowball avalanche of quick kill grabs (especially when his Q can let a champion with lots of CC get right up to a enemy champion and then they can CC combo them to death).
: Any champion that can do long distance 'jump' moves even over walls, CC harass a enemy and plain build high end tank and gets a passive to boot as a way to save themselves easily is pretty much strong as hell even back in season 6, end of season 6/pre-season 7 is no exception.
: Only one i'd say that actually has a problem of not being strong, he still can pull strong juke harass and is more on the level of annoying like a ekko since he can jump walls but just like a Lee'sin, you have to pay alot of attention to which walls ya jump over and if they have another segment you can jump back over because the walls aren't 100%'ly covering the whole section and the fact that some of the wall jumps get glitchy as heck so the average assassin player can get screwed over by Talon's E bugging out.
: Higher learning curve on the skill, can easily go with either ousting you out of lane with harass then roam to another lane to gank some kills or harass you and organize with her jungler buddy to claim the kill. Less your inexperienced and let her set up perfect ops to quickly slash combo spam you to death without you staying away from her Q pokes she uses to setup her daggers and your not timing it to use a lux Q or similar root/CC ability to catch them, blast them and then they have to use E on a minion instead and get a major CD wait on shunpo instead of its instant reset by E'ing on a dagger instead.
Lee'sin, Vayne, Rengar, Le'blanc, Jayce are pretty much part of the broken est, either way too many champions exist to cause annoyance that ban picks need to hurry up and double in number instead of going up by 4 at this rate.

Really wonder why they didn't roll out the 10 ban pick list with 6.22 myself. Delaying it even after Worlds is over with feels like they are just shooting themselves in the foot in keeping the playerbase happy. With 10 ban picks at least the rage quitters due to their MILF'auto win champion got banned will happen more and then be ousted out long enough by low priority penalties to learn to just play other champions or just 'deal wit it' when all top tier scum champs are banned out.
So in the end it means people will be less likely to intentionally dodge because more champions can be banned unless they can't be satisfied with 10 champions being banned. I actually got a little salty myself when i heard about that one gag going on with 'draft pick' being removed from LoL a while back (even if it was only going to happen in one particular region mostly) because then they'd definitely would have a reason to heavily rebalance champions since the pick/win rates would go nuts with people that only play draft pick would flood blind pick.
Never the less game mode really needs to allow 12 to 14 ban picks at this rate considering frequency of same picks. Not just counting 'ranked mode'.
So in the end it means people will be less likely to intentionally dodge because more champions can be banned unless they can't be satisfied with 10 champions being banned.
Possibly. Or more people dodge because they're OTPonies that now have an extra 3-4 chances per game for someone to ban that champ. There's no historical evidence to back it up either way; best to just measure it afterwards (since it's not an intended goal of adding the extra bans anyway).

Meddler with context on Syndra R damage nerf revert: "We've been seeing Syndra's performance, ban rate and play rate all dropping more than expected in 6.23. The team concluded it was better to hold the Syndra changes a patch and consider whether they were still appropriate for 7.1 as a result." http://www.surrenderat20.net/2016/11/1129-pbe-update.html
i feel like insulting meddler, but i'll just remain quiet until he realises that he's wrong
